Hello doctor. i just came back from eastern cape. i have a fever, a runny nose and a cough that won't go away and my chest feels like it's burning. could be a normal fever, as my nephew who is toddler had flu a couple of days back and we were in the ?

Covid or FLU: Could be Covid. Self isolate and take a test. Treatment includes Acetaminophen for Headache, fever, sore throat. Decongestant for nasal congestion/runny nose. Cough medication for cough. Rest and Lots of fluids will help too. The treatment for flu is the same.
