I was diagnosed with pid that resulted in a miscarriage a year and a half ago. i now have sudden vaginal bleeding between my period. should i worry?

I would be concerned: Bleeding in between periods can be hormonal, due to birth control, due to pregnancy just to name a few. For your case , history of PID and especially if you have pain with this vaginal bleeding its recommended you see your doctor or go to the emergency room. Good luck.
