Check a test: You can check a pregnancy test at home and in minutes you will have your answer. It seems very unlikely since you had a normal period one week ago and since your tubes are tied. Simply take a test and you will know. If negative and irregular menstrual cycles continue then schedule a visit with an obgyn.
