i had my period the first week of sept. was 3 days late brown for 3 days then very heavy for 5 days. i am now bleeding again... miscarriage?

Maybe: You could have had a very early miscarriage or you could just have had a late period. The only way to tell would be to do a blood pregnancy test, which can detect even very low levels of pregnancy hormone. See your doctor if you continue to have abnormal bleeding.
