Pos Pregnancy Test: Early signs of pregnancy are a positive pregnancy test with a missed period. After IVF you will be getting a blood pregnancy test 2 weeks after embryo transfer unless your period comes before that period. You do not need to rest after embryo transfer. You can do your routine work. I would avoid sexual activity and swimming for 24 hours.
