Sinus: Among others, depending on the acuity of you symptoms as well as other symptoms, you may have sinus disease that can cause discomfort per change in position. In other words, fluid accumulation in little pouches above you eyes- frontal sinuses. Try to see what happens if you lie on a side for few minutes. See your doc if symptoms no better in few days.
