When i cough or bend over the left side of my head hurts and pressure. and when i press my forehead it is tender.?

Sinus: An infection in the frontal sinus could cause headache and local tenderness, along with some dizziness and nausea. There may not be any other sinus drainage or congestion symptoms but there usually are. Treatments to try would be to breathe hot steam vapor and irrigate the sinuses with saline and could try some decongestants from the store. Get a check up if symptoms continue or worsen.
