A member asked:

My hands were very pretty until my 30's, but nowadays they have bumps and spots. what does it mean?

Means you're normal.: Everyone accumulates bumps and spots as they age. I call them "marks of maturity". If one of these bumps/spots starts to itch or bleed or change color, show it to a dermatologist. Otherwise, don't worry; there's nothing wrong with getting older. In fact, as my father used to say, if you're not getting older, somebody is shoveling dirt on your face.
