I have itchy red bumps on my legs. sometimes i find a few on my hands and arms too. they come every few days but always in different spots. they are a red bump but can sometimes make an entire area of my skin red?

Rashes should be examined before moving on to causes and treatment. Urticaria (hives) are common, wax and wane over time, and leave no mark. They can recur over days, weeks, months, or years. The longer they recur, the harder it is to find a cause. Itching can be treated with Zyrtec (cetirizine) or other over-the-counter antihistamines. Seek an allergist to identify the culprit, if there is one
