Eczema: One of the most common conditions of the hand is eczema. This is a dry skin condition. Use good moisturizing cream like Aveeno (oatmeal) and you can use an over the counter steroid cream when it flares. You can use the steroid cream for five days in a row. Do not use the steroid continuously to prevent side effects.
