Yes but only if . . : Eat lots of protein whether legumes, eggs, chicken, fish, etc. Try to eat some protein w/every meal. Don't forget your fruits & veggies. Stay away from simple carbs eg rice, pasta, breads etc as well as fast food. Learn to read nutritional labels if you must buy prepared food. Check out http://www.Webmd.Com/diet/healthy-kitchen-11/how-much-protein. Plan on up to 1g protein per pound of body weight.
