Exercise : At your age of 23. Your safe max heart rate for exercise would be around 160 beats per minute. So at 150-160 is ok. I assume no chest pain with this? If not then keep exercising. As you get in better shape you will find it harder to get your heart rate up that high. Heart gets more efficient at pumping. If chest pain with this, stop and see your healthcare provider.

Likely nothing wrong: A young healthy person can frequently generate heart rates up as high as 170-190s with aggressive exercise. That is not necessarily bad! Great variability in normal patients with respect to heart rate response to exercise. You should be fine, particularly if you feel well at that time! Good luck and exercise well!
