Had a biopsy-less colonoscopy 5days ago and check-up, still experiencing upper left-side, center ab or stomache pain under ribs. what could this be?

If the pain began after you had the colonoscopy, and doesn't decrease when you pass gas or have a bowel movement, you need to see the doctor who did the procedure.
