Maybe: On rare occasions during colonoscopy there can be a splenic tear leading to a parasplenic bleed with a hematoma, or there could be a micro perforation with walled off abscess...Most likely it's nothing worrisome but if persists or worsenens follow up with your doc.

Reason for concern: This is not my area of expertise but I do know that such discomfort is atypical. Hopefully it is nothing serious but the answer provided by dr. Johansen explains the possible causes. It is reasonable to discuss this with the doctor who performed your colonoscopy.
