Yes, but see REI MD: You may still have a healthy baby: you've been pregnant 4 times already. Abortions rarely cause problems, but any surgical procedures (D&C) may cause scar tissue inside the uterus. After 2 miscarriages see a fertility md (rei) to look for causes of recurrent miscarriage, including uterus problems like polyps or fibroids, blood clotting disorders, immune system problems, low egg supply.
