Unlikely, but...: It is unlikely that there will be any lasting changes to the cervix that would indicate an abortion. Nevertheless, I do recommend being honest with your doctors. The doctor-patient relationship is built on trust. They are there to help you and need you to be honest with them in order to give you appropriate care.
