Blood levrks: Therapeutic lithium levels are between 0.5 - 1.5mEq/L when drawn 8-12 hours after last dose. Levels above 2.0 are more likely associated with adverse events. Levels above 3.0 can be dangerous. Consultation with MD should be sought on an urgent basis.
