How do you increase your fiber intake? i don't get really any fiber at all, and i started taking 1 teaspoon of psyillum powder daily, it softened my stool, but i didn't need to go without laxatives, is this normal or did i take too much?

Fiber: There are many foods high in fiber-cereals, vegetables, fruit. You find a list by Googling. It's best to get your fiber from your diet. A tsp of psyllium is is fine. Soft stool is a benefit even if you don't need it.
