Can i use hairfinity vitamin and prenatal together, or should i stop one? i am also trying to get pregnant

Take only one: these two products have overlap of multiple vitamins. Although some people advocate to consume more vitamins, I generally try not exceeding the recommended dietary allowance. So if you add the %RDA of Vitamin A in both vitamins, you see that you go over 100%. So, I will take one or the other, but not both. Why not take only prenatal now, and take the other after baby/breastfeeding
