Doctors nurse said it's ok to be pale after lap surgery for endometrosis . is this true?

Possibly: If you lost a fair amount of blood during the procedure, causing you to be anemic, you could appear pale.

Looking pale?: I assume you are looking "pale" or white in the face? Being pale can be a subjective phenomenon that can be indicative of stress, general illness or blood loss. It is possible you had an acceptable amount of blood loss during surgery which is not worrisome. If you are feeling ill or worried speak with your doctor.
