Doc wants to do scope surgery he thinks it's endometriosis.if they find out that isn't the problem will they fix whatever is wrong ?how is that fixed

Of course: Sometimes you find that or other causes, if they find something else then usually that can be fixed sometimes u may need another surgery, sometimes they may not see anything wrong with the pelvic organs and then u need a bowel or bladder workup or other organ system evaluation, please discuss all possibilities with your doc before surgery.
