Exercise: is one component to staying regular.Stay well hydrated (at least 8 - 8 ounces glasses of water per day). Try to get in 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day – get that fiber in. Stay physically active with regular exercise.

Exercise Helps..: Exercise helps keep everything moving, including your bowel. It may not actually relieve constipation (although it might), but it will help if you are doing it in conjunction with the other things that help: Drinking plenty of fluid and eating a high fiber diet.
