A 31-year-old male asked about a 30-year-old female:
My wife has completed 5rabies vaccines, and within 6days she was bitten by a bat or some insects, not sure, does she needs to have any rabies vaccine?

Need more info: You do not say which vaccine she received and when. My advice would be administration of rabies Immune Globulin (RIG) plus vaccine which are highly effective in preventing human rabies following exposure. Since this disease is virtually 100% fatal it is always better to be safe rather than sorry. Best wishes for her continued good health.
