Yes: The enlargement of the breast is not so concerning as this can be normal , but the fact that your breast is tender to touch and your nipples cracked concern me about mastitis, an infection of your breast. It is usually caused by a plugged milk duct. Massage your breast, take very warm showers and let water flow on affected breast, nurse often starting with the affected breast, and YES, see DOC!
