I have what looks like a cold sore feels like a pimple if i touch it like sore. and i am not breastfeeding and have never breasted. just wondering if ?

Where is your lesion: Sounds like a skin infection which can be due to bacteria or viruses. Like you say, it could be a pimple, abscess, cold sore, etc. I would try hot compresses to see if this helps and if no resolution have someone look at it so they can start you on the right medicine. Depending on the location, this can provide some clues as to what it may be.
