Plan, Wt Daily, HFLC: Quantity food always 1st issue. Fats: least likely to store as fat, Protein 2nd, Carbs (esp. simple sugars/Fructose) are most rapidly converted to triglyceride fats by liver & stored. Thus plan & track weight daily to 0.1 lb (e.g. Conair WW39), after up & toilet, to see results of previous day while you can remember & review what eaten. Stay active, but food choices & quantities are key. Study!
