Depends: Why is your SGOT SGPT high. You need to address the cause. If you drink alcohol, quit entirely. If you are overweight, lose weight. If you have viral infection of the liver, please get treatment for that.

Depends on cause...: and level . Elevation may be result of meds, toxins (including alcohol), excess weight, infection, tumor, immune process, other. cause determines treatment. This might be eliminating some things, - and/or adding meds.
