Mild nerve injury: The most likely causes are either anxiety itself, which can manifest this way or a mild injury to the facial nerve. If it is from an injury, the symptom that you have suggests that there is no significant damage to the nerve and that the symptom will diminish and go away entirely, although that may take a few months (at the longest)
