More than a pinch: The constellation of the symptoms described is not due to a pinched nerve unless one was struck with multiple pinched nerves in the neck and the back. An upper motor neuron lesion (i.e. Brain, spinal cord) must be evaluated for immediately. This may be a stroke and time is money. Emergency room now.
