Not likely: Do you suffer from a known kidney condition? Why are you checking so often your kidney function? As far as I can tell it' s not enough to assign a specific trend to your creatinine values. What is the normal range for this lab?

Not necessarily: Creatinine is a measure that suggests kidney function. Other personal and lab parameters in incorporated in formulas to calculate creatinie clearance and GFR. based on these values your doctor can say something about kidney function. Ask your about these two parameters, look for kidney toxic medications in your list if you are taking any regular mecications.

Normal: Your renal functions are PERFECT. They are not in any way proof of any renal insufficiency or chronic kidney disease.
