Hello, i would like to get a possible "unofficial" diagnosis/advice of possible chronic kidney disease from protien in my ua and micro albumin/creat.

Proteinuria: Of course the amount of protein in your urine,as determined by analysis of protein amount in an accurate 24 hour urine collection, is very important. A nephrologist is best qualified to evaluate,advise and treat you for significant proteinuria. Appropriate tests will be ordered.

My globulin level is 1.6 (low) and albumin/globulin ratio is 2.9 (high). My protein total random UR is less than 4 (low). My kidney/liver function both tested out fine. What is the likely cause of these ratios being out of the reference range?
I have elevated blood creatinine (1.34 mg/dL) and all other tests lie in normal range (blood albumin&protein, spot urine ACR, kidney USG, BUN, Urea, U. Acid). I used to lift heavy weights but quit. I always had elevated creatinine. Something to worry?
