All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided is not correct. There is no way for you K to be 14.1. Creatinine of 8.5 and gfr of 85 are not compatible. Wish you good health!

There are typos in your posting as noted by Dr Singh, otherwise it is likely that your blood work is still normal. The only doc who can place your blood work in proper context is your doc who has access to prior blood work, present medical conditions and treatment and actual reason for why tests were done ( annual vs unexplained symptoms).
