Ct scan shows blockage in left maxillary sinus. but have pain and pressure on right side above and behind eye and ear. is it caused by the left side?

Depends: It's possible to sense barometric pressure pain in the sinuses in the absence of ct findings. So you may have right sided pain without evidence of blockage. Go see an ENT that specializes on sinuses for further evaluation.

No. Not exactly.: Sinus pain is possible even if ct is negative. So you likely have sinus disease on both sides and that is the cause of right sided pain. There is no "cross-over" pain in the face.
