OSA: Your symptoms are classic for obstructive sleep apnea. If you are overweight or obese, then the diagnosis is near 100% certain with these symptoms. See a sleep clinic or ENT about a sleep study. Unless something else is going on, a 23yo female with Pickwickian syndrome should NOT be on home supplemental oxygen. It does make it worse be slowing your breathing. You need CPAP instead.
