Hi there. i have bwen exposed to someone who found out they are covid19 positive this yesterday. prior to hearing this, i had been suffering with headaches and tiredness. this morning i woke up with a sore throat abd fever.

Covid: Get a Covid test 5 days after your contact and quarantine until then. This assumes a significant contact, ie 15 min face to face contact without mask.

Your question is?: If you think you have been exposed to Covid, you need to be tested. Until you have test results you have to self-quarantine. Wear your mask whenever you are even remotely near someone, even your own family. Live in a different part of the house than anyone else. Call your GP for instructions specific to your area.
