How accurate is treadmill oxygen desaturation test (pulmonologist)? oxygen went from. 98 to 93.

Pretty accurate: Typically the oxygen sensor on finger is pretty accurate assuming hands are warm and not cutting off circulation to probe. Also there is a +/- factor of 2% in there. Generally anything over 90% is fine anyway.
