SOB: If both Pulmonology and GI exams are normal along with the tests, I would suggest to check your thyroid as sometimes hyperthyroidism can cause similar symptoms. Sometimes anxiety can cause these symptoms as well.

Can GERD give you shortness of breath? Sometimes when I check my oxygen levels with a pulse oximeter, my heart rate is fine, but my oxygen evels will change sometimes from 97 to 94 randomly, not sure if it has to do with my GERD symptoms?
