What could cause vomiting w/out nauseau or mouth watering? i woke w/facial pain, worse on rt, and vomited 4x. i never get headaches.

Headaches/vomiting: 44yo female with focal facial pain and vomiting can be lots of things: migraine, other headache syndrome, trigeminal neuralgia, acute sinusitis, focal neuro lesion with pressure, other neuro or myofacial syndrome Bottom line: go see a doctor to get a diagnosis. Expect a scan of head and face.
