Hello there i have a tooth that needs to be remove and i will soon but a small bump has came on the side and i do smoke this bump comes and goes.

Abscess ?: Could be an abscess with a draining fistula. The tooth should be removed, sooner than later.

2 things: 1) Tooth is probably infected and pus is draining through gums. Have it treated now before infection spreads. 2) Smoking will eventually kill you.
