Reason for lump under armpit frequently?its not a lump in actual.i feel the node inside armpit has swollen and this do occur frequently

Several: Finger or hand infection, inflammation? IV fluids phlebitis, infections. In females breast infections. Or primary lymph node issues. Needs evaluation and occasionally biopsy.
