What could two soft lumps under the armpit mean? Only spot I feel swollen lymph nodes.
5 days ago I noticed my left armpit was swollen evenly across the entire armpit which has not subsided. No obvious lumps or lymph node swelling. There is mild pain but nothing major. Is this most likely muscular or something for concern?
