Fluid in ear: Fluid in the ear can be in either the ear canal or the middle ear. I am guessing that the fluid you mean is in the middle ear, which won't just come out like it would if it was in the canal. Best way to do that is to pinch your nose and blow, so as to "pop" the ear. This is called a Valsalva maneuver. If you can't do that, you may need an ENT to perform a procedure like an ear tube.
