Relax: No special way, other than use your mouth not your nose. Do not try to synchronize your stride with your breathing. Just breath naturally. The more in shape you become the easier you will breath. Good luck.

Diaphragmatic breath: Inhale through your nose into your belly so your belly expands like a balloon. Slowly breathe out through your nose, using your stomach muscles to push your belly back in until all the air is pushed out.
