Back cramps: Misalignment of the spine will cause compensatory muscle spasm & cramping. You should have a spine exam and possible imaging studies to better understand your anatomy & condition. You may benefit from certain physical therapy exercise, spine manipulation, massage, electrical stimulation, medications, etc Good luck!
