Cramping: Could be ulcer, gastritis with or without H pylori a bacteria that needs antibiotics, pancreatitis especially in someone who consumes alcohol, hepatitis , early appendicitis, , obstruction of bowel, rarely mesenteric ischemia usually colitis is assocaited with diarrhea /blood as well.
