Muscle or: soft tissue damage. The bruising is always suspicious for a blood clotting disorder. Get examined asap and get routine blood test of blood for coagulation issues. I suggest calling for an appointment ASAP.

Commonly a cyst: This can be from many things but if you have an internal knee problem like a meniscus tear or wear on your cartilage, you joint can make extra fluid and this can escape out the back of the knee joint and create a space filled with joint fluid called a poplital (or baker's) cyst. Get evaluated by your doctor first and get a diagnosis.

Plantar fascitis: Sounds like plantar fascitis, associated with arch pain and the heel. Calf stretches and supportive arch supports and shoes will aid in reducing the pain. If it continues, seek your local podiatrist for an evaluation and possibly more advanced therapies.

Musculoskeletal: The symptoms are seen most often with a musculoskeletal strain. You may have done something to overwork those muscles recently. Kidney stones can also cause problems as can herniation of the disc in the back. If the symptoms do not improve after several days then you should see your dr. There are many other causes of pain and that should be evaluated if it doesn't resolve.
