Shadow Mentor: I would shadow a mentor in both fields and see where the majority of your interests lie. It also depends upon the level of education and responsibility that you would like. A radiology tech takes images ordered by a physician, but does not read them. A Doctor of Chiropractic can take and read their films. Chiropractic is progressing and their are specialties including Chiropractic Radiologists.
