Orthostatics: These were probably instructions to get a daily orthostatic hypotension evaluation. Orthostatic hypotension can be defined as a drop in systolic blood pressure of 20 mmHg or drop in diastolic BP of 10 mmHg within 3 minutes of standing from the sitting or supine position.
