What to do if i have headaches for the past 6 years?

Specialist: If you have not yet done so, see your Family Doctor for work up and initial treatment. If you've had the headaches for 6 years you've probably done that so I would look into an evaluation by a comprehensive Headache Clinic at a teaching hospital.
