I have headache for 5 years?

Lots to say: Headaches can be a lifelong issue. Having a severe attack greater than 4 days per month is unacceptable and requires treatment. Also, you should be evaluated to ensure that the headache are benign and not from something more serious. I'd see a neurologist. If you already have, then search out one in your region that is more specialized with headache disorders.
